With over 30 years of experience in education and coaching, Jill Stansbury is dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal wellness by creating sustainable habit change in their lives. Her health coach training is through Duke University. She is also a Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction facilitator, trained through the Center for Mindfulness at Brown University.
