Weekly Mindfulness Meditation

Open to All Community Members

This group is open to those with no meditation experience as well as those who have been practicing for many years. There are participants with a diversity of experience. We open each session with a group grounding practice, followed by checking in our weekly practice, and deciding as a group what practice is appropriate for the needs those in attendance. After a 30 minute practice, we participate in a shared reading and discussion from a book related to meditation.
